Karate is independent of age.
Healthy exercise is our top priority. Many general sport elements are included in our karate classes: yoga, qigong, trunk stabilization, squat training (exercises to prevent arthrosis), pilates and much more.
Multi-sport training for children: fitness course, exercises for strengthening motor skills (forward and backward roll, simple apparatus gymnastics, coordination exercises, etc.)
Over the course of time you'l notice that your self-confidence increases too!
